When employees understand how the suite of tools in Outlook, Google and other platforms integrate with one another, they learn secrets for simplifying workflow. In this hands-on, practical 6-hour training, participants will learn to use technology as a powerful resource to streamline tasks, improve communication, move projects forward and increase personal productivity. This training is useful to all employees in all roles and at all levels and will lead to a tech savvy workplace culture. Sessions will be delivered in-person, virtually via Zoom, or in a hybrid model, with a blend of instructor-led presentations, individual and group exercises, discussion, projects, and individual assessments.
