This thought-provoking training is designed to raise awareness and create a call to action. The group will learn how to support a diverse workforce, how to avoid problems, and how to develop strengths through cultural competency. Participants will learn about unconscious bias, inequity, and social injustice, providing managers not only with a mindfulness, but also with a practical skill set that will help them be change agents in creating a positive and productive work environment for all employees and customers that will build satisfaction and loyalty. Sessions will be delivered in-person, virtually via Zoom, or in a hybrid model, with a blend of instructor-led presentations, individual and group exercises, discussion, and projects.
