This program is an opportunity for employees to gain a common language and appreciation for diversity and shows the high value the senior leadership places on diversity, equity and inclusion. As people begin to understand and accept their own biases, they will be guided through a series of activities that will provide an avenue to address uncomfortable topics that often lead to conflict and employee dissatisfaction. As more employees become more committed to valuing differences, long-term sustainable organizational change becomes more possible. Sessions will be delivered in-person, virtually via Zoom, or in a hybrid model, with a blend of instructor-led presentations, individual and group exercises, discussion, and individual assessments.
