In this course, students will learn how to create a safe, clean, orderly and productive work environment. We will cover Kaizen & 5S methodologies and how they support the future state Value Stream Map. Students will learn through in person, hands on instruction; the assignment will be to plan, execute, measure and sustain the results of the 5S Kaizen process. Taking this course will improve teamwork, safety, communication, capacity, quality, OTD and employee morale. The ideal audience for this course are directors, managers, experienced personnel and entry level personnel.
