In this course, students will learn how to map 1 Value Stream. We will cover the importance of the organization's strategy, PQPR analysis and sustaining continuous improvement. Students will learn through in person, hands on instruction; assignments will consist of a) creating a current state map b) creating a future state map and c) developing a Kaizen deployment plan to achieve Value Stream improvements. Taking this course will increase the employee's ability to identify waste in processes, perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to improve KPI's. The ideal audience for this course are directors, managers, experienced personnel and entry level personnel.
