Description:

This program provides students with the critical leadership competencies to accelerate their performance and careers. It will mainly focus on these three areas: Strategic Planning and Decision-Making, Collaborative Influence and Executive Presence. Through attending the course, students will earn the knowledge to successfully influence and motivate others whom they have no direct control or authority. In the meantime, students will learn through (a) a virtual lecture and discussion, (b) presentations and group projects will be a part of the lessons as well. This course will strengthen the students’ leadership skills and become better in managing their employees. This course is targeted towards people in the C-Suite/ Director level. |
