Description:

This interactive course is intended to help leaders at all levels improve how well they lead teams. It focuses on principles that will enhance leaders’ collaboration skills and help them better model effective collaboration for others. Attendees will learn about the role of the team leader as a team moves through typical stages of team development, as well as what it means to be the linchpin for the team. Currently, students will learn through (a) a virtual lecture and discussion, (b) presentations and group projects will also be part of the lessons. This course will strengthen the students’ leadership skills and become better in managing their employees. This course is targeted towards anyone who has a direct report. |
