WHO: Any leaders, supervisors or influencers within the organization who want to better understand their natural leadership style and how to get the most out of their colleagues.
WHAT: This course leverages data from Predictive Index to help leaders better understand what comes natural to them by teaching them the fundamental PI drives. They will then have access to the PI profiles of two key direct reports (or key relationships) for which they will develop a more effective plan on how to lead/influence/engage them.
