Lean Assessment trains participants in how to conduct a facility-wide assessment of the current implement of Lean principles and practices. The course is targeted to employees responsible for implementing and managing in a Lean environment. This course will be taught in person in a mix of class lecture, group discussion and hands-on activities and exercises. This course typically includes an on-the-floor hands-on facility assessment as the class project.
