This course includes sales and operations planning processes, internal and external demand and forecasting requirements, producing achievable master schedules, and allowing for resource constraints.
Topics cover the master planning model and key planning elements, impact of service policies, sources and types of demand, elements of demand, concepts of single and multilevel master scheduling and assembly schedule. This course, targeted to supply chain buyers/planners/schedulers/forecasters and managers, will be taught in person in a mix of class lecture, group discussion and hands-on activities and exercises.
