This course is a competency-based diagnostic workshop that helps participants improve their skills in 4 categories:

4. Thinking clearly
Each is comprised of 3 related competencies which are thoroughly discussed. The course provides guidance for improvement with creation of an Action Plan. This course, targeted to supervisors and managers, will be taught in person in a mix of class lecture, group discussion and hands-on activities and exercises.
