Organizations measure performance to improve it. Key Performance Indicators or KPIs abound – sometimes too few, sometimes too many and sometimes we measure the wrong things. This course engages the class in defining the elements of performance that are critical to achieving the current business plan and related objectives. The class will define the performance that will lead to the goals and then they will develop the measurements to quantify those performance attributes. This course, targeted at mid-upper management, will be taught in person in a mix of lecture, group discussion and hands-on activities and exercises. The course project is to define and develop a set of performance KPIs.
