This course teaches the basics of time management – tools for setting goals, planning and controlling time, and organizing the workplace. It provides practical suggestions on how to successfully practice time management in the work environment. The scope of the course includes understanding time management philosophy; keeping a time log; handling stress; developing a system of organization; identifying priorities; setting and achieving goals; developing a time management plan; selecting and using time management tools. This course, targeted to salaried workers, will be taught in person in a mix of class lecture, group discussion and hands-on activities and exercises.
