Working from a remote location is great – convenient, comfortable, casual, etc. but is it effective for you?
This course explores the plusses and minuses of working remotely. It also discusses the elements that comprise “performance” and how they are affected by remote working and the change in interaction with work teammates. Exercises engage each participant in identifying specific benefits, detriments and risks to their effective and efficient performance as a remote worker. This course, targeted to remote workers or those who may become remote workers, will be taught in person in a mix of class lecture, group discussion and hands-on activities and exercises.
