The objective of this course is to reinforce and expand upon the skills needed for Project Management and to standardize the organizational processes necessary to support either project-oriented activities or a project-based organization. The course combines a defined curriculum with the flexibility for practical application in the participant’s environment.
Trainees will learn advanced techniques and tools to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and close a project. Trainees will learn the organizational processes that support project management. This course, for Project Managers and support staff, will be taught in person in a mix of class lecture, group discussion and hands-on activities and a project to standardize project processes.
