The workplace is composed of individuals who are more diverse than ever before, who are proud of that diversity and who seek to have it recognized and appreciated. Their ethnicity, religion, racial heritage and other factors combine to make every person unique. This course provides an understanding of diversity and what it means to your company. It describes the means by which your employees can appreciate, celebrate, and utilize each other’s diversity. This course, targeted at all employees, will be taught in person in a mix of class lecture, group discussion and hands-on activities and exercises.
