A major problem with ethics in the workplace is that what may seem perfectly ethical to one person will be totally unethical to someone else. This course provides the means by which participants can address these problems. It will help them define their own ethical framework and teach them tools and techniques to make solving ethical problems easier. The course looks at a large variety of case studies participants will use to practice making ethical decisions in a safe environment. This course, targeted at all employees, will be taught in person in a mix of class lecture, group discussion and hands-on activities and exercises.
