Cross functionality is the ability of an organization to work across all functions, at all levels in an organic natural manner. The ability to work across functions and with minimal silos is a crucial skill any organization must develop if it is to get and remain successful. This course is designed to help teams build and develop cross-functional skills personally and in others. During this one-day in-person or virtual training, participants will learn why cross-functionality is an essential skill for every organization 2) the five key elements of effective cross functionality; 3) how your natural leadership style impacts how you work cross functionally; and 4) how to encourage and develop cross functionality in organizations and teams. |
