Over 8 consecutive weeks (3 hours per week), participants will be involved in a highly interactive group learn by doing exposition of Customer Experience Management methods and practices bolstered by the practical application of lessons learned. Program is ideal for customer service, account servicing team members and Managers. The MAIA CX Workshop is intended to provide a broad cross section of agency employees the opportunity to learn from industry case studies as well as from the real life experience of peers in similar agencies who are similarly faced with the need to improve customer experiences across all touch points with the agency. |
