In this course, participants will be taught how to improve their communications skills in the English Language with a focus on their role as a Supervisor. They will learn how to provide clearer direction to their teams and colleagues, increase their understanding of conversational English and industry-specific language, and learn new language structures. The participants will learn through in-person lectures and in-class activities. Taking this course will allow the participants to develop confidence in their communication skills, diminish conflict due to miscommunication, increase employee engagement and create a more pleasant work environment. The ideal audience for this course is supervisors, managers, and interested professionals.
