In this training, leadership teams will learn how to articulate a brand strategy for the first time. We will cover branding best practices, intangible brand values, a brand touchpoint matrix, and selecting success metrics. Participants learn through virtual presentations; assignments consist of (a) a self-evaluation, (b) working in teams to select the most relevant brand intangibles for your company, (c) completing an prioritization analysis, and (d) constructing an action plan. This training will increase the participants ability to prioritize their company’s marketing activities and will teach them how to build a strategic brand action plan. The ideal audience for this course is leaders of family-owned or second-stage companies.
