In this Zoom live video conference, participants will learn a general overview of current financial statement presentation and form including required reporting for major repairs and replacements together with MA General Law section 183A reporting requirements for condominiums organized in MA; and a general discussion of income taxation of condominiums which will include a comparison of using Form 1120 versus Form 1120-H.
