This course teaches how to implement the PDCA model in support of the ISO 45003: Psychological Health and Safety (PHS) guidelines, covering each step of the Plan, Do, Check, and Act process, and sample solutions for implementing PHS protocols and auditing/managing psychosocial hazards and risks. Participants will learn through instruction and facilitated discussion, ideally taught in-person but available via virtual classroom, using a combination of lecture, discussion, presentations, interactive materials, and best practice use cases. Students will be expected to workshop their own teams and/or organizations. Recommended for executives, managers, supervisors, project leads, and process owners. |
