This in person course will provide an overview of the construction sequence and the design, construction, and jurisdictional professionals involved , with a blend of instructor-led presentations and various classroom activities. Students will learn to identify and understand design and construction drawings and how they are created. Students will also learn about drawing scale and how to use an Architects/Engineering scale as well as the drawing standards and conventions used in construction documents. This course is designed for students, apprentices, building trade workers and office personnel who want to increase their knowledge of construction print reading.
