Topics include how to run an impactful and useful meeting, how to conduct a successful interview process, and more. Students will be tasked with creating standards that both foster accountability and continued growth. The course is offered in-person and remotely. This training is important because its encourages autonomy within the team which increases business velocity. The primary audience for this course is the leadership team and then the rest of the team. |
