In this second part of the course, students continue to learn how to identify and create optimal operating standards and how to train the rest of the team on these practices. Topics during this session include how to attract, interview for fit, onboard, train for performance and growth skills as well as exit compassionately. We will tackle developing change and decision making frameworks, cash standards, and more. The course is offered in-person and remotely. This training is important because its encourages autonomy within the team which increases business velocity. The primary audience for this course is the leadership team and then the rest of the team. |
