In this group workshop, participants learn the foundation skills of how to provide empowering feedback to employees, peers, and senior leaders. They'll also learn how to receive feedback. Participants will:
• Examine the detriments of not providing feedback
• Gauge how challenge it is for each individual
• Encourage disagreement (aka innovation)
• Practice the 8 Guidelines to Empowering Feedback
• Improve the ability to listen
• Decrease defensiveness
Ideal participants are part of a company that values psychological safety, successful interpersonal communication, collaboration, and employee well-being. Participants learn through lecture (live or virtual) plus this group workshop is consistently interactive. |
