Today's environment has placed an even higher emphasis on the importance of correctly handling Difficult Situations. Whether it is a performance issue or a clash caused by political/cultural/Covid differences, the pressure is on your leaders to handle the situation.
This 4 hour course (which includes some prep work and some follow up coaching) gives leaders the tools to manage their emotions and the emotions of those around them while delivering a clear message that handles the difficult situation.
The course can be run virtually but is normally run in person at the clients site. The learning involves a combination of presentations, group discussions and 1:1 skill practices.
