This hands-on course, using the Everything DiSC Workplace profile, is a virtual or in-person training that can be delivered in one or more sessions. This personalized learning experience can benefit everyone--regardless of title, position, department or function--by building more effective work relationships. Participants learn to understand themselves and others, and to appreciate the different priorities and values everyone brings to the workplace. Participants will take a Workplace Assessment prior to the course. Each DiSC profile offers personalized insights and actionable strategies; participants learn how to adapt to others' styles, improving engagement, collaboration, and the overall quality of the organization.
