This hands-on course, using the Everything DiSC Agile EQ profile, is a virtual or in-person training for leaders of all levels. It can be delivered in one or more sessions. Participants learn to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly. Combining personalized insights with active emotional intelligence development, participants discover an agile approach to workplace interactions and learn to navigate outside their comfort zone, empowering them to meet the demands of any situation. Participants will take the Agile EQ Assessment to discover their strengths and develop strategies for building agility. The result is an emotionally intelligent workforce.
