Annual Training (Day 2) - Second of 2 back-to-back days of focus and training with an emphasis on team health, leadership development, and organizational planning. The result is a healthy, focused team and organization ready to make continual progress towards achieving everything in their vision.
The Agenda for Day 2 is as follows:
- Developing the methodology of creating a clear 3-Year Picture
- Understanding the process for creating a specific 1-Year Plan
- Developing clear quarterly priorities
- Learning the ability to effectively Identify, discuss, and solve organizational Issues.
Both days of the Annual Training Session are held in person or can be facilitated virtually if needed.
