You will learn how to conduct a self-audit and develop a plan of action to address gaps. This training is not meant to make managers or owners HR Professionals but it does help them understand the legal context and implications to their management. We dig into hiring, wage and hour, discipline, personnel files and termination with specific examples to make the training relevant.
