This synchronous virtual workshop is based on the concepts presented in the best-selling book “Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us” by Dan Pink. The workshop provides an introduction to primary sources of motivation in our lives and offers concepts and ideas on how to maximize our motivation and engagement in our work as well as how to best motivate those we lead. The workshop includes individual and group exercises that allow participants to explore the techniques discussed in the workshop and to conduct trial experiments in their application. The workshop content is applicable to both leaders and individual contributors at all levels within an organization and throughout most industries.
