In this monthly series of instructor-led, 1-hour synchronous virtual meetings, participants collectively discuss classic leadership books. Readings include “Good to Great” by Jim Collins, “Start with Why” by Simon Sinek, and “Radical Candor” by Kim Scott. Meeting discussions will focus on the organizational leadership principles and skills that are presented in each book, with the goal of expanding participants’ perspectives as well as their individual leadership “toolbox.” While primarily intended for current and prospective leaders, the concepts and practices discussed throughout this series are broadly applicable to employees and associates at all levels within an organization, and throughout most industries.
