This synchronous virtual course provides business owners and senior executives with training and support necessary to foster the development of their organization’s managers and leaders, consistent with the concepts in the best-selling book “Discover Your True North” by Bill George, professor of business management practices at the Harvard Business School. Through this course, participants create a personal development plan for themselves and key leaders within their organization that aligns with their core values, and work with other course participants in the implementation of that plan. It also includes selected readings and assignments to help facilitate the plan development and implementation process.
