In this training, leadership teams will learn how to evaluate and improve an brand strategy. We will cover branding best practices, intangible brand values, a brand touchpoint matrix, and selecting success metrics. Participants learn through virtual or in-person presentations; assignments consist of (a) a self-evaluation, (b) working in teams to select the most relevant brand intangibles for your company, (c) completing a prioritization analysis, and (d) constructing an action plan. This training will increase the participants' ability to prioritize their company’s marketing activities and will teach them how to build a strategic brand action plan.
