Description:

The leadership of mission driven organizations and their volunteer boards face unique challenges when it comes to defining their vision for the organization. This one day program introduces participants to strategic tools such as SWOT, PESTEL and SOAR as well as BHAGs, SMART Goals and OKRs. The program is a mix of presentation and group exercises and discussion that engages the organizations senior leadership team (CEO/COO, President Division Heads, etc) in how to identify issues and solutions for aligning one's organization strategically around a shared vision. This will enhance their ability to define, communicate and improve their strategic execution. The course is instructor led and can be live or virtual during work hours. |
