This instructor-led, in person training program is designed for landscape irrigation technicians that have an understanding of systems and basic repair. Skills will allow technician to schedule irrigation more efficiently with smart watering technology, resulting in reduction of water applied. Tech will devlop these skills: 1 - Better understanding of soil, plant and water relationships. 2 - Advanced knowledge of system performance for scheduling. 3 - Ability to create a time based schedule. 4 - Understanding various inputs required to efficiently use weather and soil moisture sensors for programming of smart irrigation technology. Training will be during work hours with presentation reinforcement with related activities.
