Through the use of the DISC Assessment, participants understand the impact of their preferred work style on individual and team communication, and their ability to provide motivation and drive overall performance. Participants will have an opportunity to identify strategies for capitalizing on their strengths and interact more effectively with styles that are different than their own. Take Aways: You will learn how to adapt your style to other co-workers style to improve communication and performance. You will create a development plan for one of your direct reports.
