Janek’s Critical Negotiation Skills (CNS) is a purpose-built and research-based program for all professionals who negotiate. The CNS methodology is designed to achieve win-win negotiated outcomes that maximize our benefits while satisfying the other party, building trust, and exchanging value. Janek's CNS model presents two core principles (Build Trust and Derive Value) and four negotiation stages (Prepare, Open, Trade, and Conclude). Five core worksheets focus on the critical aspects of Company, People, and Deal. The workshop offers concepts, skills, and best practices on how to negotiate in a highly interactive and energizing experience.
