Janek's Critical Sales Coaching™ Skills (CSCS) equips managers with the skills, best practices, and behaviors to motivate and optimize performance on their teams. The CSCS methodology directs coaching toward WHAT team members do and HOW they do it. CSCS presents a "3M" model (Method of Coaching, Message Development and Delivery, and Managing Performance) that is effective for in-person coaching and virtual coaching. Each "M" includes steps, worksheets, and key actions. The workshop focuses on planning and practicing 2-way, collaborative coaching conversations in a highly interactive and energizing experience. The program is available as a 1-day in-person workshop or a 2-session virtual workshop.
