This instructor-led interactive training (offered in-person or virtually) provides employees with an understanding of the legal and ethical implications of harassment and discrimination at work. The training will review the definitions of harassment, discrimination, protected classes and other components, including how behavior outside of the workplace can become a liability, in order to provide a clear understanding of the expectations associated with this topic. Attendees will learn how to identify harassment, report incidents and their role in maintaining a harassment-free workplace. Class size is limited to 25 to ensure participant engagement and provide opportunity for discussion and questions.
