Training for manufacturers in regulated supply chain on counterfeit materials control focused on management, procurement & materials control responsible personnel. Training is in-person & pedagogical practices.
Includes counterfeit control system to meet governing regulatory guidance/standards documentation developed to meet aerospace supply chain requirements (e.g. AS6081, AS5553, AS6174, etc.).
The training establishes a skillset to develop policy/procedure documentation to implement a system to assure prevention and mitigation controls on counterfeit materials including QMS, Mitigation Planning, Supply Chain, Purchasing Verification, Material Assurance & Authentication, Nonconformance Control, Reporting, Personnel, Audit.
