Visual Management is a vital piece of an overall Lean strategy that allows all employees to understand: 1. What needs to be done,

3. How it needs to be done,
4. Where it gets done.
The goal of a visual management system is to minimize and/or eliminate the need to stop work to seek answers... answers that a good VMS (visual management system) can answer proactively.
In this course, students will learn how visual tools help eliminate waste within an operation, which in turn equates to greater process efficiency. We will also review real-life examples to supplement learning.
