Managers will be taught how to use matrices to conduct effective interviews and select best candidates, then practice these skills via roleplay. Common Dos and Don'ts will be reviewed as well as advanced approaches including understanding how an organization's culture plays a role in the decision making process, ensuring long-lasting employee retention.
