On-site training is for managers at financial institutions in charge of team accountability and those who oversee business goals. The instructor will lead facilitated discussion around leadership vs. management and understanding employee and customer feedback. Self-assessments to determine personal, people, and task oriented leadership styles will be used to determine strengths and weaknesses. Strategies for performance and motivation, including facilitated discussion around branch management tools, will grant skills needed to make accurate goal projections in the future. Video clips, printouts, and activities will explore ways to hold management and teams accountable for reaching high level business goals and objectives.
