In this course, participants will learn about cultural competency. The course is designed to help participants become aware of cultural differences and understand how cultural differences can impact their behavior and interactions with colleagues, clients, and customers within a multicultural organization. The participants will learn through in-person lectures and group activities. Taking this course will improve the participants understanding of the diversity of cultures, enhance their employee engagement, improve collaboration amongst colleagues and increase their level of understanding and empathy when engaging with customers.
