Description:

This advanced level course is for students ready to have longer conversations using a mix of present, past and future tenses about life, work, hobbies, interests and opinions. Students are introduced to phrases and grammar to help express mood, feelings and opinions. Emphasis is on speaking. Classes are learner-centered, dynamic and interactive, and focus on effective communication. Students work collaboratively and are expected to participate actively in pair and group work, role plays, etc. Courses are held online or in person (workplace must be near Northampton).
Ideal students for this course are non-native speakers who need to communicate with English speaking co-workers and customers.
