In this course, participants will learn about workplace wellness. The course will provide participants with routines and practices to help manage stress, maintain self-care, and enhance interpersonal relationships. The participants will learn through in-person lectures and group activities. Taking this course will improve the participants understanding of the eight dimensions of wellness identified by The US Department of Health and Human Services to optimize health and manage stress. The eight dimensions include: emotional, spiritual, intellectual, physical, environmental, financial, occupational, and social. The ideal audience for this course is administration staff, managers, and interested professionals.
