Description:

This Level 2 beginner course reinforces the basic grammatical structures introduced in Level 1. Students practice building short conversations about daily life, people, and places, and practice speaking in the present and in the future (“going to”). Students build vocabulary to talk about common topics. Emphasis is on speaking. Classes are learner-centered, dynamic and interactive, and focus on effective communication. Students work collaboratively and are expected to participate actively in pair and group work, role plays, etc. Courses are held online or in person (workplace must be near Northampton). Ideal students for this course are those who work with or interact with Spanish speaking employees and customers.
